Specific Item Information: Custom designed and 3D SLA printed N Scale (1:160) tire clusters. Designed and printed by me, they take primer and paint very well and will make a fantastic addition to your miniature buildings and their surroundings. You get 24 tire clusters — 10 large (5 clusters & 5 individual) and 14 small (6 clusters & 8 individual). The smaller tires are great as standard car tires whereas the larger tires are more convincing for scale trucks. Want to bury them in dirt or mud? Sand them down a bit prior to painting and you'll have an added level of interest for your model viewers—see photos. They will come packaged neatly and will require removal from the printing sprue, easily done with a pair of flush cutters. In addition, a tiny bit of sanding touch-up work is recommended before they are ready to be primed, painted and mounted on your layout and diorama(s). You can never have too many tires scattered around your layout. Photos are of primed and painted tires. The actual color of the print may vary from gray, white or black—dependent on which resin I have in stock.

Road Name History: Although they may be molded in color, unpainted and unlettered, undecorated products are marketed to modelers who seek to custom decorate their models for private roads and/or road and/or company names that were not commercially produced by any of the major manufacturers.

Undecorated models are frequently also unassembled or only partially assembled and required modelers to be comfortable with glue, paint and sometimes solder in order to prepare their models for display. Materials for these models can vary but often include plastic, pewter and resin. Models may or may not come with decals or other decorations such as plastic signage, railings and ladders to enhance the appearance of the final product.
