Specific Item Information: Here Comes the Sound!
Bring life to your model landscape!
Due to the compact construction of the NOCH Sound Scenes' electronic components and the speakers, the noise can be reproduced exactly where it would come from in real life.
The ready-for-connection electronics can be installed directly in any scene, such as train stations or churches. The street musician module, for example, could be placed in a building, right next to the band.
The realistic sound coming directly from the centre of the action will surprise you.
The connection is made with a common 16 V transformer, suitable for AC/DC.
Connecting the sound module to the power source: Connect the black cable to one of the transformer’s two light current outlets. Connect the red cable to the transformer's other light current outlet. Now, you can hear a persistent sound. If desired, you can have the sound controlled by a switch. In order to do so, you can use add simple switch or a control panel (not included in the scope of delivery). Connect the switch with the red cable and you can turn the electric circuit on/off at this point.
Note: The sound volume is not adjustable. If the noise is reagarded as too loud, please order ref. 91900 10 Ohm Resistor for NOCH Sound Scenes for installation.

Road Name History: What would any model railroad layout be without people? The conductors, engineers, passengers, passers-by and all the many things that people do in their daily lives are what make a model railroad come alive.
Model railroad figures are typically made from molded plastic, but are also available made from resin, pewter and even 3D-printing. They can come in either painted or undecorated form and are available in a wide variety of activities. Not just passengers and crew, but more obscure types of figures are available such as bee-keepers, skaters, sunbathers and fire-fighters.
