Specific Item Information: Radio antenna mounts designed for use with .008" brass wire (not included). Includes styles for use with cab units, hood units, and cabooses. Also includes two transmitter units. Relief etched in .013" brass for extra detail.
Set contains 116 mounts for radio antennas as used by the Pennsylvania Railroad on their early diesel locomotives and cabooses. Style numbers 1 and 2 are for roof-mounted antennas on cab-type diesel units (two heights are furnished). Number 3 is for side-mounted antennas on hood units. Number 4 is for cabooses; the legs have a built-in angle to compensate for roof camber.
