Specific Item Information: Cast-Resin Kit - 4 x 4 x 13-1/2" 10.2 x 10.2 x 34.5cm
Columns on four sides and a peaked roof grace this soaring stepped tower. Walls are dark tan stone with pilasters and Art Deco detailing. Windows flow all the way around the narrower middle section. The street level section has two detailed front walls, both with entry doors, so this building can stand on any corner. One of two street level rear/side walls has both passage and overhead doors. No painting needed.

Road Name History: Although they may be molded in color, unpainted and unlettered, undecorated products are marketed to modelers who seek to custom decorate their models for private roads and/or road and/or company names that were not commercially produced by any of the major manufacturers.
