Road Name History: The Kansas City Public Service Company (KCPS) started in 1925. KCPS rostered a diverse fleet of motor coaches, trolley coaches, and PCC streetcars. They have approximately 350 motor coaches, 166 trolley coaches, and 184 PCC streetcars. KCPS became KC Transit Inc. in 1960 and later became KC Area Transportation Authority in 1969 KCPS purchased these C45-GT numbered 301-350. Email Wheels of Time for availablity.
