Rail Force One

Company History: Rail Force One (abbreviation: RFO) is a Dutch railway company. Together with wagon rental company RailReLease and logistics service provider Raillogix, RFO is part of the Rail Innovators Group. RFO was founded in 2016 and drove its first rides under its own license in July 2017. The RFO office is located in the Waalhaven in Rotterdam.From Wikipedia
