Belpre Industrial Parkersburg

Company History: The BIPR was established in the spring of 2020 to lease 38 miles of line between Belpre and Relief, Ohio from CSX. There is also a 5 mile branch from Belpre to Parkersburg, West Virginia. The deal included the yard at Parkersburg. The company is a subsidiary of Cathcart Rail who also owns Bucyrus Railcar Repair.
