Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions: Melt butter.
Mix dry ingredients .
Add and briskly mix wet ingredients.
Heat skillet over medium high burner.
Add about 1/2 cup batter and tilt pan to distribute around bottom.
Flip when only 1/3 of the surface looks wet.
Second side cooks faster.
