Three Rivers Marine & Rail Terminals

Company History: This terminal is located in Charleroi just south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where the Monongahela River meets Interstate 70, CSX and Wheeling & Lake Erie. As such, they handle transload operations between rail, highway and barge. Much of the traffic consists of coal, coke, landscaping material and ice melt products. Their SW1200 was originally built for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel in 1955 and arrived on the property in 2019 having spent its life thus far in the Steel Belt.
