Port Harbor

Company History: PHRR was launched in 2010 by the Respodek Railroad shortline group to operate five mile of line in and around the “America’s Central Port” complex in the Mississippi River port town of Granite City, Illinois. They connect with the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis in Granite City. Traffic includes chemicals, food, grain, lumber, minerals, and paper. The all-time diesel roster includes three SD40-2’s, an SW900, an MP15DC, and MP15AC, a GP9u, two GP40’s, an SW1200RSm, and an SW1200.
