Transportation Company - Central Western - Railroad

Company History: The CWRL opened in 1987 to take over operations on the Canadian National line from Morrin Junction to Camrose, Alberta. The goal of this locally controlled line was to continue to serve the line’s grain elevators for as long as they needed. The last elevator closed in the late 1990s and the remaining segment of track was conveyed to Alberta Prairie Rail for use as a tourist line.
Brief History:
Canada is a North American country stretching from the U.S. in the south to the Arctic Circle in the north. Major cities include massive Toronto, west coast film centre Vancouver, French-speaking Montréal and Québec City, and capital city Ottawa. Canada's vast swaths of wilderness include lake-filled Banff National Park in the Rocky Mountains. It's also home to Niagara Falls, a famous group of massive waterfalls.
