Hunt Transportation

Company History: Hunt Transportation, Inc. has been providing continuous transportation service since 1927. Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Hunt has a storied history, from hauling livestock in the early years to today as one of the nation’s premier flatbed and specialized transportation providers.

Successor/Parent History: The Crete Carrier Corporation story starts in Crete, Nebraska, in 1966. We began with six leased trailers and our very first customer, ALPO dog food.

Brief History: The U.S. is a country of 50 states covering a vast swath of North America, with Alaska in the northwest and Hawaii extending the nation’s presence into the Pacific Ocean. Major Atlantic Coast cities are New York, a global finance and culture center, and capital Washington, DC. Midwestern metropolis Chicago is known for influential architecture and on the west coast, Los Angeles' Hollywood is famed for filmmaking.
