U.S. Lines, LLC

Company History: A new container shipping services company called U.S. Lines LLC (Not related to the original Unites States Lines company in any way) was established in Santa Ana, California in 2003 by CMA CGM. However, the company announced on December 6, 2016 that U.S. Lines would be phased out and re branded as ANL.
U.S. Lines, LLC provided liner and logistic services. The Company provides transpacific services, including fixed-day and weekly schedules, over height and over weight cargo, cargo insurance, and electronic business services. U.S. Lines operated globally.

Successor/Parent History: ANL’s history goes back to 1956 when it was established by the Australian Government to operate shipping services around the Australian coast.
Headquartered in Melbourne Australia and with regional offices and agents around the globe, ANL is part of the CMA CGM Group, the third largest container shipping line in the world.

Brief History: The U.S. is a country of 50 states covering a vast swath of North America, with Alaska in the northwest and Hawaii extending the nation’s presence into the Pacific Ocean. Major Atlantic Coast cities are New York, a global finance and culture center, and capital Washington, DC. Midwestern metropolis Chicago is known for influential architecture and on the west coast, Los Angeles' Hollywood is famed for filmmaking.
