Company History: Silver Edge Beer was a product of the Muessel Brewing Company. The company was based in South Bend, Indiana. The beer was available in the late 1930's. Christopher Muessel established his Brewery in 1852. It was renamed Muessel Brewing Co. in 1893. The brewery was closed by Prohibition in 1918. It then reopened as Muessel Brewing Co. in 1933. It was renamed Drewrys Ltd., U.S.A. Inc. in 1936
