FAQ: 1) If a ship with Expert Handling cannot perform a barrel roll (due to the rules for executing a barrel roll), the ship does not resolve the rest of the Expert Handling text (no removed target lock, no stress incurred). The ship may perform a different action. 2) A ship with Expert Handling may not perform 2 barrel rolls in a round. (A ship may not perform the same Action twice in a given round, even if one is free)
