Transportation Company - Oregon Eastern - Railroad (Fictional)

Company History: The OE was established in 1989 as a division of the Wyoming Colorado Railroad (a subsidiary of The Western Group) to take over the 141 mile former Union Pacific branch between Ontario and Burns, Oregon. After just 3 years, the western 120 miles of line was abandoned. Traffic on the remaining 21 mile segment from Ontario to Celatom includes diatomaceous earth and farm products. A pair of GP7’s work the line. In 2020 The Western Group sold the Oregon Eastern to Jaguar Transport Holdings.
Brief History:
The U.S. is a country of 50 states covering a vast swath of North America, with Alaska in the northwest and Hawaii extending the nation’s presence into the Pacific Ocean. Major Atlantic Coast cities are New York, a global finance and culture center, and capital Washington, DC. Midwestern metropolis Chicago is known for influential architecture and on the west coast, Los Angeles' Hollywood is famed for filmmaking.
