Nobles Rock

Company History: NRR was established in 1993 to resume operation on an abandoned former Chicago & North Western line in Southwestern Minnesota. It ran between Agate Junction and Manley Interchange in Nobles and Rock counties. It closed in 1998. Operation of the line was taken over by Cascade Railcorp who failed in 2000. Minnesota Southern then took over operation of the line and in 2018 they were acquired by Ellis & Eastern.
