Notes: This is a Platinum Case/Bezel/Bracelet version of the ladies Datejust. It features a 3-link bracelet. The only option for the dial face seems to be a silver(platinum) face with stick-and-dot luminescent hour markers. The unidirectional rotating bezel also comes in just one option, a brushed platinum using arabaic numerals for the time counter.
The apparent simplicity of this model is its appeal. There are no diamonds, nor any kind of fancy dialwork, and the brushed platinum can easily be mistaken for steel. It makes a very bold statement about the wearer.

Mechanism: The 2235 is an update to their already accurate and reliable Cal. 2135. The calibre 2235 is a self-winding mechanical movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. Like all Rolex Perpetual movements, the 2235 is a certified Swiss chronometer, a designation reserved for high-precision watches that have successfully passed the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) tests. Its architecture, in common with all Oyster watch movements, makes it singularly reliable. This movement features date and date quickset functions.
This mechanism does have hacking capability.
