TroveStar had some connectivity issues.
On April 24th, starting in the late morning and persisting throughout the afternoon, the TroveStar server was unavailable, slow, or unstable. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The issues appear to be due to hardware breakdowns at our hosting service (Bluehost.com). The TroveStar VPS was being shutdown and restarted every minute or so for several hours. There was nothing we could do and their tech support team was unavailable to answer any questions.
If this appears to be a recurring theme, we will consider migrating (again....sigh) to another provider (AWS maybe?).
