It is now possible to define in your user profile a signature that will be automatically applied to all messages that you'll compose using our internal messaging system.
In order to define your signature, edit your profile and fill in the "User Signature" field, then press the "Update User" button at the bottom of the page.
Note that your signature can contain several lines. For now, this is only plain text, so if you add your email address for instance, it will not be transformed in a "mail to" link.
You won't need to add empty lines before your signature; this will be performed automatically when composing your message.
Your signature block will be added at the end of the message in the message editor; from there you can edit it if you want to make changes for a given message.
If you change your mind and don't want any signature after all, just edit your profile, empty the signature field and save your profile.
