Company History: Transeuro Energy Corp. was engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of crude oil, petroleum, condensate, and natural gas. The company owned a 100% interest in the Beaver River field located in the Liard Basin in Northern British Columbia. It also held interests in the Karlavskoye and Povorotnoye licenses in the Crimean Peninsula, Ukraine. The company was headquartered in Calgary, Canada.

Transeuro was formerly known as Indusmin Energy. It apparently dissolved in 2018
